That’s right, Body Health Fitness is accepting guest posts. If you have health or fitness related content you want to share with the world then sign up to write for us as a contributor.

What kind of content do you accept?

Articles should focus on health as it pertains to fitness, disease prevention, improving the quality of life and promoting a better sense of well being.

We like to see posts of 500 words or more but we will never turn down a well-written post that benefits our readers because of word count.

Guidelines

  • Your post must be original and must have never been published before on the Internet (we check through Copyscape and other methods).
  • You agree to not publish the post anywhere else (i.e., in your own blog or as a guest post in other blogs).
  • You can include up to two links in the content of the post. You will also be able to put a link in your bio. Affiliate links are not permitted and including them (even if they are masked) will result in your post being declined.
  • You need to include an image to use in the Featured Image area. Please use only images that are under Creative Commons, the Public Domain or GNU public licensing.

How do I submit my guest post?

If you have a post that meets the guidelines above, you can register with our site to become a contributor.

Once your account is setup, you can upload your posts and Save as Pending. I will then review your content to make sure it meets the criteria. Usually within 48 hours I will reply stating if I will publish your guest post or not. If I reject your post you can make the requested changes or feel free to use it on another site.
